Olga Rasmussen, a Certified Anusara Yoga ® Teacher, has been teaching yoga since 1997. She currently teaches yoga in the Northern Virginia area, and for 9 years taught at The Health Advantage Yoga Center in Herndon, VA.
Olga's instruction is equally enriched by her extensive training in this practice and her deep love of spirituality - a life long passion.
Through the simple elegance of Anusara Yoga ®, Olga encourages her students to embody greater alignment, and to connect more deeply with their hearts and the spiritual essence of the practice - a path inviting transformation, joy, celebration, and compassionate living.
Olga holds a doctorate in spirituality and education and is also a Reiki Master Teacher and practitioner of Reconnective Healing® and neo-energetiks.
