Olga Rasmussen, a Certified Anusara® Yoga Teacher, has been teaching yoga since 1997. She primarily teaches yoga classes and workshops in Northern Virginia, and in Maryland and the Washington, DC metro area as well.
Olga's instruction is equally enriched by her extensive training in this practice and her deep love of spirituality - a life long passion.
Through the simple elegance of Anusara® Yoga, Olga encourages her students to embody greater alignment, and to connect more deeply with their hearts and the spiritual essence of the practice - a path inviting transformation, joy, celebration, and compassionate living.
